This few weeks i had been paranoid about my physique. I kept telling myself that i am fat, fat and yes, fat! Guess what boyfriend say? He said that fat is good. Hahahaha.

Telling yourself that you are fat or ugly is not healthy... So i decide to do something to make me feel good. Hahahaha ^^

I came with a solution, to jog everyday. Ta-da. Isn't it a genius idea?
